Unamplified Direct Connect Headsets will only work with phone systems with built-in adapters and need no amplifiers. Most phones do need amplifiers and this headset will not work. We provide an exclusive list of the phones that will work with these headsets here. Make sure your exact model is indicated or they will not work. If your model is indicated but you do not have a headset port the headset will plug into the handset port. Feel free to call our technical support people. Volume discounts are available.
